
TPI formulated an outsource strategy and business case for Nissan SA that would ensure they were able to improve the value that they had been getting from their 10 year outsource relationship. This included obtaining approval of the outsource strategy and business case from Nissan Japan. The outsource strategy and business case covered a total IT outsource model including SAP, legacy applications and IT infrastructure. TPI prepared the outsource RFP, facilitated the evaluation of vendor responses and vendor selection, formulated the SLA’s, and led the contract negotiations.
