
TPI assisted Sun International to define the business case and scope for their managed services outsource contract with a global service provider. TPI defined an innovative set of SLA’s aligned with the impact that the managed services contract would have on Sun International’s business drivers. An incentive based pricing model was constructed around the achievement of the SLA’s. TPI assisted with the definition of the contract and led the contract negotiations. TPI assisted Sun International with the successful implementation and performance management of the outsource relationship. The outsource company uses this deal as a global case study due to the success and innovative nature of the deal.
Sun International uses TPI’s Outsource Value Framework™ for all major IT procurement and TPI plays an active advisory role in all major IT procurement.
TPI and Idiar have also implemented their business analysis methodology at Sun International including skills transfer to Sun International business analysts. TPI and Idiar provide senior business analyst skills to Sun International for major business application projects.
