
Provision of the operational and revenue due diligence components of the Bytes Technology Group’s (BTG) due diligence exercise prior to purchasing CS Holdings (CSH). The key scope of the activities included:
- Analysis of year-to-date turnover and gross profit by division, product, region and customer. The deliverable was to provide feedback on the sustainability of the current revenue streams and the depth and conversion probability of the existing sales pipeline. As well as to highlight any unusual items.
- Competitive position – analysis of CSH’s marketing strategy and delivery capability.
- Analysis and commentary on significant customer and alliance contracts, with particular focus on the sustainability of these contracts and of CSH’s ability to deliver on these contracts.
This was followed by the design of a model by which to optimally integrate the two organisations based on the output produced in the above steps.
