TPI reviewed Dulux’s outsource strategy and current outsource deal for all IT services including SAP, legacy applications and IT infrastructure.  TPI produced an outsource RFP that aligned the required services and related SLA’s to Dulux’s business drivers.  TPI facilitated the evaluation of vendor responses and vendor selection, formulated the SLA’s, and led the contract negotiations.  Dulux was able with TPI’s assistance to refocus the service delivery from the successful vendor and improve service levels plus value add, while reducing the cost of the outsource contract and implementing a performance based pricing model.  In addition the relationship with the outsource vendor improved due to the clearly defined expectations and governance model.
