TPI has programme managed for Multichoice the successful implementation of interactive TV, the first dual view decoder, both the original and new HD (high definition) PVR decoders, a large scale mobile TV trial, a new billing system, and a new programme scheduling system. This included management of delivery by multiple vendors in each project, and internal Multichoice deliverables.
TPI has also played a major role with management in doing scenario planning for Mobile TV in South Africa and other countries.
